Since it's founding, Floyd Davis Limited has worked with numerous clients throughout London and Essex. Floyd Davis Limited provides a high standard professional service, gained from many years experience in the construction industry, in a friendly personable manner. Working Together
The Science Museum is a major museum on Exhibition Road in South Kensington, London. It was founded in 1857 and today is one of the city's major tourist attractions, attracting 3.3 million visitors annually.
Since 2012 Floyd Davis Limited has worked closely with the museums Estates Department to ensure that the ever changing M&E services drawings and floor plans are kept up to date. The floor plans provide details such as Gross Internal Area GIA and Net Internal Area NIA for the client to establish available rental space.
The Victoria and Albert Museum in London is the world's largest museum of applied and decorative arts and design, as well as sculpture, housing a permanent collection of over 2.27 million objects. It was founded in 1852 and named after Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.

In 2014, following the success of CAD work carried out at the Science Museum, Floyd Davis Limited was asked by the V&A to survey and draw up some of their M&E plant rooms for record purposes.
University of the Arts London is a collegiate university in London, England, specialising in arts, design, fashion and the performing arts. The university has over a dozen buildings spread around London.

Since 2014 Floyd Davis Limited has worked with the universities Estates Department to survey and update their floor plans at the various sites, and survey and draw the boiler room at it's world-renowned College of Fashion building in Princess Street.
Oakington Manor School is a large 3 form entry primary school with over 700 pupils. They are located in Wembley, very close to the famous Wembley Stadium, home of the Football Association.
Oakington Manor was turned into an academy in April 2016 and is now part of Excellence in Education.

Since 2012 Floyd Davis Limited has been commissioned by architects ICA Projects Limited to carry out 3D modelling for various design development schemes, and worked directly with the school to survey and draw up plans as part of their fire strategy.

JNoad Limited
The company based in Essex was established in 1985 as John Noad (Building Environment) Limited providing design consultancy and installation for mechanical, electrical and public health services.
The principle members of staff have all been drawn from a design and construction background which has enabled the company to be beneficial in providing practicable solutions to their clients’ needs.

Floyd Davis
Floyd Davis was employed to work directly for the company in 1998 on a contract basis carrying out site surveys for many projects in London including; Churchill Place- Canary Wharf, One New Change, Westminster City Hall, Moorgate Hall, 40 Eastbourne Terrace, York House, and St George's Hospital. Surveys outside of London include; Bluewater Shopping Centre, RAF Lakenheath and various locations in the Channel Islands, Jersey.
CAD Engineering
Floyd Davis produced both 2D and 3D mechanical and plumbing design drawings from engineers concept designs as well as construction, pre-fabrication, co-ordination and record drawings.
Length of Service
Floyd Davis was employed for a total of 14 years prior to setting up Floyd Davis Limited and still maintains an excellent working relationship with the company who continues to be a valuable client when the need arises for detailed site surveys and 3D CAD engineering.

We are pleased to have been able to partner with Autodesk to provide feedback to them and the wider Building Services industry in the early development of their 3D software package Autodesk Building Systems (ABS) which was eventually superseded by their current AutoCAD MEP software package.
